As you can see I have updated the looks of the blog :) I have added some important dates to the right, most have passed but some are for in the future. As doctor's appointments and things come up I will post them there so you can all be informed as to when things are happening. The next big thing is our level 2 ultra sound on July 9th! We will find out the sex and get to see all the organs and body parts. I am really excited about this appointment! I finally got Richard to start talking names!! We both agree on a couple of girl names but we haven't narrowed down or found much common ground on the boy names. Everytime I talk about it, Richard's like don't we have plenty of time for this? We have said that we are NOT going to keep the name a secret like some do, but at this rate, we won't have a name chosen until our baby gets here, so it will be like we did keep it secret!
Anyway I found this neat weekly survey thing to fill out. I don't have much info this early on, but I think it will be neat as we get further into the pregnancy:)
How far: 15 weeks 2 days
Weight Gain: in total about 6lbs. not including the weight I lost from being sick and then gained back because I was able to keep food down. The doctor said that weight didn't count either :)
Baby Weight: not quite sure only a few ounces. About the size of a tomato :)
Maternity Clothes: Not yet, although my regluar clothes are starting to not fit yet maternity clothes are still too big! I do have a few maternity pieces a pair of capris and skirt!
Sleep: So far so good, just having to get up at least once to pee
Best moments this week: hmm none pregnancy related really. Everything is status quo
Movement: none yet, still at little early
Cravings: I haven't had any pregnancy cravings, at least nothing out of the usual food I tend to want to eat from time to time
Labor signs: absolutely not! This baby is still way underdone!
Belly Button: Since I'm not really showing, its staying in where it belongs :)
What I miss: Taking drugs that work! I've had the worst sinus issues and can only take certain things don't quite get the job done!
Looking forward to: July 9th and our ultra sound! Mom and Dad's 40th anniversay and father's day! Vacation and the beach!
Milestones: Baby has started "breathing" amniotic fluid in through its nose and respiratory tract, giving those lungs some very early practice for the real thing; and can sense light and pressure from outside of the womb
That's all from this week!
