14 weeks

I am officially 14 weeks today. I have been awful at updating this thing but I will better from now on :) I had a regular doctor's appointment and we got to hear the heartbeat again. It was a strong 160! We found out that we will get to "hopefully" find out the sex on July 9th! We will be going for a level 2 ultra sound. Basically a level 2 ultra sound is an indepth ultra sound. It's not the 4D kind just a more detailed one. In that visit the doctors will look at all the organs, and body parts to make sure things look to be developing normally. They will examine the 4 chambers of the heart! I am really excited about this doctor's visit, not just because we will know what we are having but because we get to see so much!

I gained about 4 pounds from my last visit so about 6 pounds in all. I received a text today asking me if I was gaining enough weight. Yes I am doing fine. I should only gain about 30 pounds total and you put on more at the end of the pregnancy not the beginning. So there are no concerns about my weight gain. I am not even really showing yet. I just feel fat, so to hear that I only gained 4 pounds made my day! I have put the ultra sound pic from our 10 week visit on facebook but for some reason I can't upload it here.

Everything is looking good so far!
